Plan Terms +
  • No rolloverUnused truck rolls and labor time expire at the end of each contract year. Benefits do not carry forward.
  • CancellationMonthly plans lose future unused benefits when canceled. Annual prepay is a committed yearly term — not eligible for prorated refund after activation.
  • Benefit stagingMonthly members unlock the first truck roll and troubleshooting hour at 90 days. The second truck roll unlocks at 6 months. Annual prepay members receive full benefits immediately.

Exclusions +
  • Storm damageHail, wind, lightning, and flood damage are outside plan scope and require a separate service engagement.
  • Critter damageWiring damage caused by rodents or birds is not covered under the plan.
  • Reroof workPanel removal, reset, and reinstall for roofing work is billed separately at standard or member rates.
  • Warranty delaysManufacturer warranty processing timelines are outside Burnside's control and do not extend plan benefits.
  • PartsReplacement parts are never included in the plan. Parts are billed separately at cost, regardless of plan tier.
