Your System Stopped Producing. Now What?
Austin has one of the densest residential solar footprints in Texas — and a lot of those systems are now 5–15 years old, past the honeymoon phase and into the age where optimizers fail, microinverters drop off, and monitoring gateways quietly stop reporting. If your production graph flatlined, your app is throwing alerts, or your utility bill jumped for no reason, that's what we do.
We start with your data, not a truck roll. Enphase Enlighten, SolarEdge monitoring, SMA Sunny Portal, Generac PWRview — we read what your system is already telling us before we arrive. That makes diagnosis faster and your bill smaller.
What We Handle
- Emergency repair — system down, breaker tripping, error codes, burnt connectors
- Underperformance diagnostics — production below expectation, panel-level fault isolation
- Inverter & optimizer replacement — Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Generac
- Monitoring restoration — gateways offline, portal access, alert configuration
- Storm damage assessment — photo-documented, insurance-ready reports
- Orphaned systems — your original installer is gone; we pick up where they left
The Austin-Specific Part
Central Texas is hard on solar equipment: triple-digit heat soak, spring hail corridors, and oak canopy shading that shifts season to season. Heat is the big one — inverters and optimizers age faster here than their spec sheets assume. If your system was installed during the 2019–2022 boom, this is the window where deferred issues start surfacing. Catching a failing component in the data costs a service call; finding it after a dead summer month costs a lot more.
We're Austin-based, so metro calls get the fastest response in our service area. Same-week diagnostics is the norm, not the exception.
